I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

I had a wonderful massage with Julia. She was very intuitive and used a variety of massage modalities which was super effective. A lovely relaxing experience at Sejour with Alana having had a mani & pedi.

Had a wonderful full body massage, very relaxing and professional. Left feeling refreshed and completely at ease.

I had a sports massage with Jessie and she was amazing! she relieved all of the knots in my neck and back, she eased a lot of my back, neck and hip pain

Yim was great from the start. She asked me how I was and what I needed. She paid extra attention to those areas but found places i needed work that I didn’t even realise. She worked on areas that no one ever has before and I’ve had around 100 massages. She took extra time to show me exercises I can do daily to help myself. I slept well after her massage. Thanks Yim, I’m coming back soon for round two

My experience was great as usual , this was my 3rd time the room is so warm & cosy, smells divine & the massage focused on all the right areas I needed working on. I have had many, many massages but this one I have to say is the best.

An overall great experience. Had a deep tissue massage followed by infrared sauna and ice bath. Felt amazing afterwards

This was an extremely relaxing and healing massage. Paloma asked me where I was tense, and then was able to find the knots and gradually work them out. She gave me stretches to do as well. She is a gifted and intuitive healer. Also, the room is very private and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend :)

Just had a fantastic massage here. The space is very calm and peaceful.
