Fabulous. Have yet to be disappointed by skin fitness richmond. Had a slight sensitive reaction to the eyebrow waxing this time round which left me with some irritated redness and scabbing under my brows. But I had gotten them done twice within about 3 weeks so my skin was likely still recovering from the previous round. And despite the redness my brows and lashes look fantastic! And the redness/scabbing has nearly cleared up within 3 days. Always leave my appointments 100% satisfied with the results.

My experience was amazing! I cannot remember my hairdressers name sadly but she was sooooo good. She talked to me about what I like and don’t like about the haircut I wanted, and just as very good communication skills at understanding what I wanted! And then delivered on such a good haircut and made sure I was happy with it. She even went the extra mile to put some rollers in my hair to try and get a curl in my hair while blow drying and it just made me feel very pampered. Very happy.

Went in for a wax, walked out with both.a wax and a haircut! The wax was the best I've had in a long time, so thorough with making sure they got all the hair. The haircut was equally amazing, I had a previous cut which I just wasn't feeling and mentioned it to my beautician and before I knew it I had a consult, cut and new hair style that I love. Thank you! 💕

What a great experience! Hubby & I wet in for Valentine’s Day mainly for a couples massage. They had a great special going for a couples massage, wash & blow dry which we booked. The massage was so relaxing. We enjoyed it so much that the hour passed by so quickly. And the wash & blow drop was amazing! The ladies are so friendly & did it so quick too. I added curls onto my package so my hair was done for the night & it came out perfect!! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to do couples experiences together

Eliza was absolutely wonderful! I had a neck, shoulder, and back massage treatment with her and it was heavenly. I'm not usually very comfortable with getting massages, as I have fibromyalgia. But Eliza's intuition and natural ability to read exactly what my body needed to relax was just fabulous. Thank you xx
