Second time here. Better than expected for an 8:30am appt. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and asked if I wanted a cup of tea. Then the young girl who cut my hair was very polite and gentle (some people are rough with #2 clip). My wife says she did a very good job 😁

She’s not just talented with hair, she’s meticulous. Everything she does is neat, tidy, and done with so much care. Trim and hair wash were good. They need someone to greet customers as they arrive. Especially when it is your first time at the salon.

The service is fantastic. The girls really listen to you when explaining what you want done. My stylist Lou made me feel at ease and confident that she could achieve the look I wanted for my hair and she did a beautiful job. I am very happy with the result! I would recommend this salon highly.

Louise is an amazing hairstylist especially with my crazy curly hair. It is so great to finally find someone who understands curly hair also I had half head of foils and the colour I was advised on is perfect. It is so nice to walk out of a hair appointment and just feel pretty. All the ladies that work at room for hair are so friendly and kind and accommodating as much as possible. I would recommend going here over a lot of other high end hair salons. The head massage with the wash is relaxing and I almost fell asleep it was so pampering.
