Miss May Hairdressers is a hidden gem in Ballarat! After some unfortunate experiences at other local salons, I was so relieved to find May. She's an absolute professional who takes the time to explain every step of the process, from cut to colour. It's clear she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about giving her clients the best possible results. If you're looking for a hairdresser who is a cut above the rest, I can't recommend Miss May enough!

The BEST haircut ✂️ I’ve EVER had 🤩🥰 💜 Elise listened intently about what I wanted to achieve with my curl & what was or wasn’t possible! Then her amazing ✂️cutting skills… just WOW!🤩 Absolutely amazing ! ⭐️💜 So happy 😃 it all started by attending Elise Curly Class at Studio Hi Gorgeous - Ballarat. I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut and color done by Molly, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I reached out at the last minute, and she was so accommodating, fitting me in. Had the absolute best experience with both Mitzi and Mae. My haircut has never been better and I'm so happy with the colour. My first time going to a hairdresser/s that actually knew what to do with curls! Yay! + there was a kitten and chai, honestly incredible.

I cannot recommend Elise highly enough! Her vibe, her energy and her curly hair skills are second to none. Having a stylist that truly listens to your concerns about your hair and what you want to achieve is epic. The added bonus at Studio Hi Gorgeous is the beautifully calming pupper dogs, Rusty & Ellie. If I could give 100 stars I would!!

Having going grey May has toned my hair with foils and a beautiful soft blond color that looks so natural. May and her staff are so lovely. Always a lively vibe when you are there. Have no worries that my hair color and cut will always be amazing. Coffee, tea always offered.

The hairdresser was lovely and super helpful - I was in early in the morning and wanted a wave/curl for a wedding later in the day but my hair doesn't usually hold a curl for long. The hairdresser spent a bit of extra time doing very tight curls which were perfect by the time I was getting ready for the wedding

Best service in Ballarat - what could be better for a busy mum than a wash, blow dry and delicious cocktail!? Beautiful space and friendly staff. Love it.

Brilliant hairdresser love my razor cuts and color - so easy to care for. I literally get stopped in the street to be told ‘I love your hair’ and I love my hairdresser Cass she really looks after me.

Cass is so passionate about making her clients look and feel great after their haircut. Cass is a magnificent hair stylist.

Always get wonderful services at ikonic. Rachel and her team are always professional, friendly, courteous & easy to talk to regarding our beauty needs. I've been seeing Rachel for the past 20yrs as my hairdresser and I cannot recommend her or her staff Highly enough Highly recommend.
