Sarah was fantastic! She was very thorough and explained the treatment in detail. During the treatment she made sure that I was comfortable and didn't experience any pain. The best massage experience I’ve had in Melbourne. From the front desk to the treatment room, everything is smooth, clean, and calming. What I really appreciate now is how Ale encourages you to exercise as well, because just relying on the treatment alone isn’t sustainable. It works better when it’s combined with exercise and a healthy diet, and Ale creates a space that supports all of that. She also personalises the experience by combining different treatments based on what your body needs.For me, helping with detoxifying my body, reducing cellulite, bloating and dissolving fat. Ale puts so much care into making a real difference. I’m so grateful.
