IV treatments are excellent as always. Would just prefer that the shop assistant not pry so much with personal questions and assuming she must engage in life discussion while I'm sitting there with a needle in my arm. Would prefer to rather be helped by the clinic manager from the Claremont branch if he is available next time. Thank you kindly for the time and service offered by this branch. Loving my IV treatments!

I highly recommend Zavana for anyone looking for a top-tier sports massage in Cape Town. Zavana was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, she immediately identified my tight spots and I left feeling ‘lighter’ and had instant relief. Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

Excellent 60 minute aromatherapy massage! Zavanna was kind and continued to ask me questions throughout, to ensure my comfort. I was able to fully relax and really enjoyed the entire experience, from booking to checking in to the massage itself. Highly recommend for massage in Cape Town!

I was really well looked after and made to feel extremely comfortable by Imaan, she was an absolute professional at all points. Would happily come again.

Today was my first visit and it definitely will not be my last one. I was in good and strong hands. All my “bad” spots were treated with high professionalism. It was just perfect and I only can recommend Dynamic Therapy. Thank you, job well done

Zavana was excellent. It’s exactly what my sore muscles needed. As a massage therapist myself I can highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing. The pressure is firm so it was perfect for me. Definitely will be going again!
