I’ve been attending Cormac for physio for a while now, and like every appointment so far, he was excellent. He really listens, identifies what’s going on, and puts a clear treatment plan in place. I also appreciate the practical ‘homework’ he gives to support recovery between sessions. Highly recommend.

I have severe Radiation damage to my lower intestinal organs. It's very difficult to sit or lie down. Sharon was so gentle and accommodating in dealing with me. She got cushions etc to help me be comfortable. The centre is so cozy and welcoming and Sharon tops it off with her bright smile and fabulous personality. Really feel great after that session, the pain relief I’ve gotten is brilliant I know I’ve abit to recovery but even after one session I’ve got relief, I got loads from the session couldn’t recommend enough

Highly recommend, Fernando was very helpful, friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had been to other fitness programmes and this one I would rate the best by far. Full one on one training to start, and motivates you to push through.

Meg is highly knowledgeable and really good at her job. She makes you feel at ease and really targets exercises tailored for you whilst challenging you at all times. Feel so strong after the sessions and taller when I walk out the door. I highly recommend Meg at MB Coaching

Highly recommend the ultrasound and laser if you have blocked ducts for breastfeeding. The girls are amazing and it really helps unblock, noninvasive and pain free ❤️

Roisin went through my previous two weeks of exercise and stretches. She decided on the next course of action to progress my injury recovery. She gave me new stretches to work on until the next appointment. She also tended to the injury before strapping the left heel up in a figure of eight bandage

Daniel is excellent, professional and puts you at ease. He has worked with me on a frozen shoulder, an old wrist injury and helped me get back into fitness and extend my flexibility.

Meg is an amazing trainer. I've trained with plenty of personal trainers and no one else has been as particular with correcting my form or quick in offering an alternative move if my form is lagging. Her knowledge, especially of rehabilitation post pregnancy, and understanding of returning to training with small children and broken sleep has completely changed my postpartum period for the better. I would 100% recommend Meg for nutrition and training guidance.

Top marks, reassuring and explains everything well. Kevin got me back from a grade 2 hamstring tear in the time He felt He would. Also, currently supporting me with rehab on a groin strain.

Training has been great so far for me even though I feel unfit & struggle at times. But I try to keep going, I enjoy it.I don’t want to give up especially now I’m in my fifties. It gives me great moviatation to get to the fitness I want and I am hoping to lose more pounds in weight and tone up over all🙏😆 . The eating plan had been easy so far for me. I swapped chicken instead of the salmon, that’s the only change. I even gave up chocolate for a while which was extremely hard as I’m a huge chocolate lover 😂 You, Fernand have been brilliant and patient with me .. you don’t make me feel awkwa

Dealing with ankle injury and shoulder issues and Cormac always knows exactly what to do to help ease the pains and tension. Helping me improve form with flexibility and strength training.

Love fit and fab and so surprised that I do, normally hate exercise. 20 mins, great workout, could see results after two weeks which is 4 sessions, amazing

Very professional experience. Injury treated with a lot of compassion and knowledge. A plan was put in place for recovery with stretches and exercises to do until the next appointment.

I always look forward to my next session, as the workout you experience is second to none. Daniel is a master of his craft and gives you his very best on every visit.

Confident in practice, lovely relaxing rooms felt the benefits before I left.

I've been training with Fernando for the past 10/11 weeks, twice a week, and I can honestly say it's been an incredible experience. Fernando is friendly, dedicated and very encouraging.
