Nat was brilliant! Gave me a lovely short hair cut which was exactly what I asked for. She listened to what I wanted and continually asked me if I was happy with the result of wanted to make any changes to make sure I liked it, which I very much do! Looking forward to my next hair cut. I had the best experience today with Tracey. She is so kind and lovely also so professional. She makes you feel so relaxed and at ease. Tracey is amazing with her hands I had the best massage and facial and still feel relaxed now. I am so happy with eyebrows that I had tinted and waxed and she made sure I liked them at every stage. She is so easy to talk to or like me just lay silent too. I had a great experience xx

I have had the most amazing experience at my eye lash appointment with Fay! From the moment I arrived, Fay made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to discuss exactly what the treatment entailed and it was very clear from the onset that Fay is incredibly knowledgeable and particularly thorough with aftercare. Absolutely in love with my new lashes! I haven't had them done in so long and after winning a competition with KS Lashes I went with the choice of hybrid lashes and they did not disappoint! I will absolutely be going again for my lashes and have already booked in for a brow lamination 🙌🏽😍
