I had the best experience today with Tracey. She is so kind and lovely also so professional. She makes you feel so relaxed and at ease. Tracey is amazing with her hands I had the best massage and facial and still feel relaxed now. I am so happy with eyebrows that I had tinted and waxed and she made sure I liked them at every stage. She is so easy to talk to or like me just lay silent too. I had a great experience xx

I have had the most amazing experience at my eye lash appointment with Fay! From the moment I arrived, Fay made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to discuss exactly what the treatment entailed and it was very clear from the onset that Fay is incredibly knowledgeable and particularly thorough with aftercare. Very friendly and professional (a must given what's going on). Pain didn't last long and as a first timer I feel 100 percent afterwards. Would recommend, I don't know to who, because that'd be an awkward conversation, but yeah, good service.
