EXCELLENT FIVE STAR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE 🌟 Such an cosy , clean and beautiful environment. And so peaceful. Aieshas is so friendly, warm and has the best energy ever. Honestly my go to forever !!! And the lashes is stunnnningggg I'm so happy. I've been having my waxing with Yasim for at least the last 7 years and couldn't reccomend anyone else. She is extremely professional, patient, and I've always come away with a good experience. I've been to others on the odd occasion when schedules have clashes and they reaffirm every time that I really don't want anyone else but her to wax me!

I love my pamper session at zen! It's such a great vibe in the salon and the ladies are just wonderful. I have had bunch of treatment from Jade, Liv and Belle from lashes, nails to eyebrows and they all do such a amazing job ♥️ I am so chuffed that I had found somewhere were I can have a fun but also relaxing at the same time. The variety of treatment is incredible and being able to get what I want done under one roof is so convenient too. I just can't wait for my next pamper at zen. If I was a beauty technician this is the place I would want to work Xx

She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. I recently had a lash lift and an Access Bars session with Barbi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The lash lift was done beautifully, the results are amazing! My lashes look naturally lifted, neat, and perfectly shaped. It’s such a confidence boost. After that, I had an Access Bars session, and it was exactly what I needed. The experience was deeply relaxing, helping me release tension and quiet my mind. I left feeling lighter and more centered, and I already booked my next one, I can't wait to see her again!

I have known Sandeep since 15 years , I would never go to any other therapist other than her she is a perfectionist be it lashes eyebrows waxing threading or any of the treatments she has. My mother in law who comes from India would go to no one else other than her. I could go on about her expertise. But I would rather suggest you need to experience it for yourself.
