I’ve only done my brows a couple of times in my life and this was an incredible experience where I was walked through every step and all the instructions I gave were exactly followed. I’m very happy with my eyebrows and definitely will be returning. As for my lashes this was my first time having a lash lift and again, I was very happy with the outcome.

On top of that, she’s warm and professional, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. Ioanna is very good at what she does. I’ve been looking for a long time for someone who actually cares about their customers and the quality of work. I have had extensions for many years and never returned twice to anyone. The lashes fall out or used cheap products. With Ioanna I have had no problems at all. I just went for my third fill and will continue from now on. I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is high end and beautiful. Highly recommend!

This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first!! I got the lash lift and tint, and the eyebrow and lip wax services both visits. This is the first time anyone has been able to get my left eye lashes to actually lift!!! Very friendly professional service!!! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!!! She even gave me a head massage while waiting for my lashes to set!!! Top tier service and results!!!!

I’ve been seeing Ioanna for years and she is hands down the best. She’s quick, efficient, and incredibly reliable — my lashes are always flawless and last so well. She’s also amazingly accommodating and always finds a way to fit you in when you need it. Her space is absolutely gorgeous and you can tell quality care and attention to detail are a top priority. Highly recommend.

First time I’ve been to Emily for sugaring and she did a great job! Best hair removal service I’ve had in Kingston and she makes you feel very comfortable! She was also fast and really knowledgeable about the sugaring process. Would highly recommend!
