Amazing first time experience, my son (2yo) has always had a huge tantrum getting his hair cut. So wanted to try and kid friendly salon, and oh my days I don’t know why I didn’t go sooner, Georgia was absolutely amazing.. incredible and what she does, she made my boy feel safe and comfortable. My boy didn’t cry or moan once, he was so happy and content.. will definitely be coming back. ❤️

I’ve always found the BW team super friendly, approachable and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They always go above and beyond to help fit in your appointment to suit or help with anything you need that’s not a standard beauty request.

I had never had a facial before but Jess put me at ease & I enjoyed the.experience. I chose the relax & unwind which was nice. My only criticism is trying to relax when you can hear hairdryers & conversation from the salon is a bit off putting

The girl was lovely (Sorry didn't get name) but welcome into salon felt a bit Luke warm, offered a drink but not if I wanted sugar etc. Thought callus scrub would have been a bit better and foot bath was cold. Just little things but still a good experience overall

Angie understands my curly hair and I always enjoy visiting for a good hair cut and catch up. I've been going to Halo for a while now. Angie knows how I like my hair and suggests new products to try to help with managing the curl. Angie listens to what you want and how you what it to be in the end, as she understands how my hair reacts to a cut. Angie is accommodating and will make appointments work with busy day to day life. The salon is in a great easy location and has a lovely fun feel. 😀

I was fitted in at short notice, great experience in the salon, great haircut, couldn't ask for more! Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back myself.

My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking. Her salon is lovely and warm and her treatment bed is super comfortable with cushions that feel like a hug! Lovely conversation and super work. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves her work. Charly has been doing my beauty treatments for years and she is great at what she does! I’ve been having my nails done every 3 ish weeks for approx 5 years and not only do the look great EVERY TIME but they last! Charly is not just my beauty therapist I now class her as a friend ❤️

Amazing massage with Hannah. Despite having back and skin issues Hannah was really understanding and made me feel at ease instantly. The massage was lovely with great pressure which Hannah checked.
