Booked an appointment for acrylic colour change, and then decided I needed infills instead, they were so kind when moving my appointment and giving me the time needed. Everyone there was lovely and my nails look incredible. Felt so welcome and looked after even though my nails took more work than anticipated. Thank you so much Beata (and everyone else there). I had my acrylics and brows done with Naomi and I am absolutely over the moon. These are the best nails I’ve ever had on, I can’t stop looking at them! Naomi was really attentive and patient, as well as super friendly. I can’t wait to rebook. Thank you so much! I also got classic lashes with Bobbi and they are perfect. They’re so light and fluffy and look really natural. Obsessed! Thank you all at L&S - I always have a fab time. Everyone you talk to is friendly and smiley - the staff really are a credit to the business X

Started out with a Groupon 3 years ago and was so impressed by Bobbi i keep going back despite the distance. Today had complimentary gel toes because I had my eyelashes done and acrylic nails. Very happy. Owner goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Would highly recommend.

I arrived early for my appointment but was accommodated right away. Tracy was my technician. She made me feel at home and we had a really nice chat while she worked on my nails. Tracy made a really good job of my nails, she trimmed my cuticles which doesn’t happen at the salon I use usually. I was totally impressed with the final result. I was only passing through Newcastle but if I lived closer, Tracy would definitely have a new and loyal customer. Thank you Tracy will come by again when I’m in the area xx
