I had a bespoke facial today with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing. We did hydro and micro needling after asking my main skin concerns. She informed me of why she had chosen each stage, the benefits and explained how each step worked. She also gave some fab longer term skin care advice! I knew I was booking with her again after about 10minutes! I can see instant results so look forward to the next few weeks!

Old pmu lazer removal! Charlotte is so professional and keeps you informed throughout lazer. Charlotte first places a cooling strip over brows before starting the removal! These strips are great. Pads on eyes and safety glasses are worn. Charlotte counts down 1 2 3 as she comes into contact to the skin with the lazer. just a slight discomfort during the lazer process. Instructions on after care. Now to go through the 8 week healing process

My stylist managed to work wonders with my hair and fringe after somewhere else cut it in really badly - my hair looks beautiful again thank you!

I had permanent makeup on my eyebrows for the first time with Charlotte today. I have been wanting them done for a while and was recommended to go to Charlotte from a friend. I am very happy with the results and I would highly recommend.

My daughter Molly had her hair washed, cut, dried and styled by Ruby. Amazing service from start to finish. Loves her new cut, Ruby did an amazing job. Will definitely be booking again.
