I can't recommend Jennifer enough, in the few times I've been to House Of Rose I've witnessed Jennifer give honest opinions about if people require top ups, and refuse to give treatment that isn't appropriate - as was my case when I turned up to my appointment surnburnt. She didn't think twice about refusing to treat me. She clearly only does what is in the best interests of her clients. 🫶🏻

After having my lips dissolved and beautifully re-filled by Jennifer last year, I knew from then on that I just couldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Today I’ve had a dermal filler package done and she has just done the best job ever, so subtle and natural yet such a difference it has made! she is truly magic 🪄 after loosing my spark for many years and having two disabled children so, of course, having bigger priorities.. she has brought so much sparkle back and I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the rest of the team. I would honestly recommend to anyone, so professional! Jennifer made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything she was about to do. I felt safe and really looked after like my best interest was at heart! My lips have dissolved so gently and it’s really built my trust back up. Greeted by Kate this morning in reception, where she applied my numbing cream ready for my 9 month Phyfilo treatment. The treatment was done by the lovely Jeni only parts I feel pain is near the nose, but pains gone quite quick. Bled a little at each injection sight. Just to wait for the magic to star working Highly recommend this treatment

Charlotte was amazing, she is an artist within her field of expertise. She listened to what I wanted and now the shape and colour of my brows are perfect. With such a gentle touch during the process, it would have been easy to snooze. The atmosphere in the treatment room is relaxed and comfortable and I felt completely at ease throughout. The aftercare was clear and easy to follow and I have no doubt that the healed result will be better than I could hope for. After years of putting off having my lips dissolved due to migration and overfill I finally but the bullet. Jennifer made me feel completely at ease, was super informative and was friendly and warm. I followed her advise and had my lips refilled in two sessions so no chance of migration. I couldn’t be happier with my results. My lips are super defined which I’ve asked other practitioners previously and never got the result I wanted. They look plump but natural. No more duck lips yay. Definitely found my practitioner for life.

First session RF microneedling with Chelle, will be having another two. Chelle talked throughout the process making sure your alright and as comfortable as you can be! Not pain free however it is bearable and uncomfortable in places. I went expecting bruising and not everyone bruises, yep I bruised, so I've kept my diary free for a few days. Can easily be covered with a mask if you need to go out shopping ect!!! Looking forward to recovery and seeing result. Roll on next appointment .

Today was a first for me at Dona’s and i was very pleased with the service. I received a haircut, beard trim and head massage. The experience was fantastic and i would thoroughly recommend her to everybody. Great value. This will be my ‘go to’ place for a haircut in the future. Thank you.

To have a stylist not simply reply on his/her straighteners, but actually put the effort in to fully blow dry my long thick hair was a revelation! Dona is a true professional and an altogether lovely person too.
