I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. I had the most amazing and relaxing experience with Sara. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and Sara was very knowledgeable with the treatments I had. The witchy facial was absolutely gorgeous so relaxing and my skin was glowing when I left. I coupled this with the Japanese Head Spa and as Sara is a hairdresser as well her expertise shines through. I left feeling so very relaxed and like I had been completely pampered!! I would definitely recommend Sara and the head spa treatment and it is just a shame I don't live closer looking at the festive facial offer!

Back from seeing Laura having had my filler injections around my chin and jaw areas. Fabulous experience as it didn’t hurt at all (I’m a bit of a softy!). I’ve previously had facial fillers above my cheeks, along with my lips, with Laura and knew I was in very good hands. We discussed which areas would be best for what I wanted to achieve and I’m thrilled!!! There’s no bruising whatsoever and the swelling is minimal. Really thrilled with the results already and a huge boost to my confidence!!! Can’t thank Laura enough for her gentleness, expertise and professionalism.

I've been having facials with lovely Sophie for a few years and nobody does it better. The post facial glow is unreal! I've recommended her to a few friends who have all had the same experience.

Lovely friendly staff, therapist very nice. Never had a facial where the therapist wears gloves for entire time. Not sure if this is new policy but does detract from the experience. Sound and feeling of the plastic on my skin.

Had a fabulous facial, brows and lashes done today with Ciara. Ciara is excellent at her job, checking regularly that you are feeling comfortable. Walked out after my treatment feeling fabulous

Took mum for ageing skin advice/treatment on recommendation from a family member. The Treatment room was impeccable and relaxing, gorgeous smelling candles and diffuser smells. We were welcomed by Emma and made to feel at ease from the get go, nothing pressured just good honest advice. We will definitely be visiting Emma again for a facial skin treatment for mum and have since purchased the medical grade creams as advised by the lovely Emma . Can’t recommend highly enough if you feel nervous or not sure if it’s the route you want to go down, Emma is the right choice for you . Thanks Emma
