Beth is amazing, talented and a perfectionist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I moved to London now but still travel back to Southampton once a month for my facial with Beth, so that must tell you how fabulous she is! Plus I love our little chats during our facial. Highly recommend

Thank you for another lovely treatment. I had an amazing facial following sugaring. The products were amazing. What a treat it was! Sugaring was much less painful today as Beccy said it would be. 1st treatment I’d rate pain score 12/10, today 8/10. I’m definitely keeping it up and I’m confident with Beccy’s knowledge it will drop to 6/10. Having had waxing before sugaring is so much better with no ingrowing hairs. Beccy is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. We also have a good giggle 🤭

I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Racheal Katie Cosmetics! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was relaxing and inviting. I have visited many salons over the years but inevitably end up disappointed after a year or so. I’ve been seeing Dee for at least 8 years now for facials, nails, massages, waxing (but now lasering!) , micro blading and lots more. She is consistently excellent at what she does - professional, reliable and always goes above and beyond. I cannot imagine going anywhere else now. Highly recommended.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. This was my first experience getting a deep cleanse facial and dermaplane. Bethany was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable and she made sure to explain the process to me. My skin feels less congested and a lot smoother. Will definitely be booking in again soon!
