I had my eyebrow lamination and spray tan done, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My brows are perfectly shaped and lifted, giving me that effortlessly polished look, and my tan is flawless so natural and even! She is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to ensure everything was done to perfection while making me feel completely at ease. Love my nails – thank you Adele! Adele is amazing at what she does! She really listened to what I wanted and made my nails look even better than I imagined. The shape, colour, and finish are all perfect! She’s super friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole appointment really relaxing and enjoyable. The studio is lovely and clean too, and smells amazing ❤️

I walked in with sore shoulders and lower back pain and left with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Mukti is an excellent therapist. She knows her stuff and how to target stubborn knots and muscle tension. As part of the treatment i also had a facial, which was sublime, my skin looks so much better two days later. Big thanks xx

I’ve also had a facial and my nails done by her and both treatments were carried out perfectly. Megan is very friendly and professional, I can’t recommend her enough <3

Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

Hannah was very welcoming and professional - she discussed the facial throughout and is clearly very knowledgeable about skincare and the treatments she offers. I had a wonderful facial and could see the difference from the day after - I came away feeling completely relaxed. I will definitely be returning for further treatments and highly recommend Hannah!

My first visit to Gemma but certainly not my last. The Salon was warm and airy. Gemma after cleansing my skin advised me on the best facial for me. The whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I have rebooted. A gem of a place.
