I went to Millie’s Beauty for the first time today for a build-your-own facial, and it was honestly amazing. I chose dermaplaning, extraction, and a shoulder, neck & scalp massage - the dream combo! Millie is so lovely and friendly, and she made me feel comfortable straight away. She really knows her stuff when it comes to skincare, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and absolutely glowing. Rachel is honestly the best injector! She knows my face so well, especially since I have some facial asymmetry that used to make me feel really self-conscious. Rachel always knows exactly how much and where to inject, and she’s completely honest — if I think I need something, she’ll tell me whether I actually do or not. Over the months and years, my face has improved so much, and I feel so much more confident. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face but Rachel!

What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return.
