Wonderful experience from start to finish. Halle was very kind and welcoming to both myself and my daughter. My daughter has had a teenage facial and brow wax. Halle explained all the products that she would be using and asked if we had any skin concerns. Lovely treatment room, very clean lots calming music and gorgeous scents. Would have spent all day if we could. Thank you so much we will be back again ☺️

I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! I went in for a hydra facial and had something much more appropriate to my needs. Emma was amazing, talked through my skin concerns, look at my skin and we decided on a new plan as a hydra facial wasn't ideal for my skin atm. Couldn't recommend Emma more, my skin is glowing, no redness, will definitely be back

The most relaxed I've felt in a very long time. The back massage pressure was just right, the scents used in the facial were gorgeous and I didn't want to have to move by the end!

I just had a full body massage and relaxing facial. I enjoyed every single minute of it. Michelle is amazing, such a soft but strong touch. She tackled my numerous knots in my upper back and shoulder blades. I walked out on a cloud, with my shoulders 10cm lower! Could have stayed all day..and the next. Such good value for a 2 hour session too. I'm definitely going to get another massage from her soon. Book it!!
