I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

The individual doing my facial was so professional, catering and understood my needs. I definitely got the bridal pampering I never I thought I would get a hydro facial for me always is painful and I feel like the dermatologist took the time to understand my skin didn’t rush me at all. My Lympathic massage and facial was absolutely amazing. I saw the difference in my body and face. I also felt very relaxed too. The best therapist I’ve had by far and I highly recommend her.

Was such a relaxing session, Jawahira is just so lovely and knowledgable which makes such a difference to the experience. Will definitely be going back in the future for more facials!

She was amazing!!!! Loved it. Was soo accommodating and the overall vibe was amazing Got a blanket, listened to Quran and left with 10/10 eyebrows- who could ask for more. I had both facial and laser treatments with Zafreen at Citrine Clinic and I’m so impressed with the whole experience. Always an amazing experience no matter what therapist you have, they are all very highly skilled, the environment is calming and soothing. Definitely the best I have used in London and I have been a constant visitor for quite a few years now. Great staff and place.

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍
