Indira was amazing. It was my very first full body wax, including bikini and intimate problem areas. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The facial afterwards was also one of the best I've had. Steam, massage, glowing after. 😊 I shall come back!

I had the best micro needling facial and b12 injection by Emma - I feel so relaxed, energised and pampered. Emma is the most professional and gentle paramedic. Never disappointed after my 4th appointment at black ivy. Recommend 100 times over.

First facial with micro needling. Did not hurt at all (I was expecting it to hurt of course) and could instantly see the difference. My skin looked so much more plump. My skin was looking dull and tired and this facial really helped fix that. Ashleigh is amazing at what she does xx

First time with Ashleigh, I had tips & SNS on my nails which took Ashleigh ages to remove she was so patient, it was literally like removing super glue, I had Biab on after, which I am really happy with, I also had a Gold facial, lovely again! What a truly relaxing experience I had with Indira who was very kind and remained professional right through! I had a deep cleanse facial which was excellent from start to finish, then following on with a classic pedicure which again was excellent all expertly done and very professional. I suffer with chronic arthritis and other illnesses but felt very relaxed all the way through. Can’t wait to book again soon!

Ashleigh is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me informed of everything she was doing. I 100% recommend the gold facial, my skin is glowing!
