Taylor is the sweetest, kindest, funniest (medical wise) lady I have come across, ever! Impeccable manners, always ensures you're prepared for the treatments. The stress balls (or ovaries lol) you can squeeze really do help with the tiny scratches you feel, as areas are numbed. Love that I found Steele Skin, highly, highly recommended! This was my second visit, and I've already got the third one booked in. Im such a happy fifty year old, and I never thought I would say that! Thank you so much, im really, really happy! XX

I had a deep tissue massage and a face massage with Polly, and both were absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. What a gem of a salon! A lovely welcome when I arrived, I was offered a drink and asked to take a seat whilst Cassie finished with her client. I was booked in for a nail appointment (BIAB) and Cassie was lovely, really chatty and Jade and Addie were also very nice. Some salons can feel a bit clicky but at Macy’s I didn’t get this feeling at all. Lovely place I will continue to visit to have my nails done, I already go regularly and see Addie for my lashes and brows. Excellent service by all the technicians.
