I always feel I am stepping in to a sanctuary when I visit the Ilaethetics salon. Rebecca always takes time to listen to my exact needs and always exceeds my expectations. She guides you to the correct procedure/ service needed and I have always been really happy I have followed her recommendations. It took a while to find somewhere I feel totally comfortable visiting. I won't go anywhere else now. First class service every time.

Julia's got magic hands, absolutely brilliant at her facials and massages and such a kind person too. Treatments weren't rushed and my surprise head massage was the best. I am going to be a regular and can't wait for my next session. Thanks Julia <3

It was soon good. I have never had anything done to my face so this was first time. I was scared to come not knowing what this is. When the lady explained in detailed she took my fear away. Very nice experience.

Laura is an absolute superstar. She listens to what you need and she adapts the treatment according. The session. I had with her this morning was amazing and I can’t recommend s her highly enough.

Laura was very good, the reiki facial and the led red light therapy was everything and more that I could have asked for….i left her treatment room with glowing skin….my skin felt refreshed and my rosacea had even gone down! And like I said to Laura….who needs Botox when you have Laura in your life….highly recommend

Another lovely treatment by Laura. By the end of the treatment my tension headache had completely gone and I left feeling super relaxed. Laura always checks in with you at the beginning of the treatment and will tailor the treatment to your individual needs, this makes a huge difference to the outcome of the treatment. What Laura offers is way more than a facial and I cannot wait to come back for my next treatment. Laura you are an amazing person!
