Ian is just amazing. He is such a caring and genuine human. He actually treats his clients like family. He cares so much and looks after my skin and I always feel amazing after every single appointment! My skin has seen such a huge improvement from seeing Ian regularly for the last year and now I can’t imagine not getting my monthly facial because my skin looks amazing!

A little slice of heaven – absolute perfection! I had the most incredible Japanese Head Spa & mini facial with blow dry from Megan today - I’m still floating! The space was calm and beautiful, and her soothing voice and expert touch made me feel completely at ease. The products smelled amazing, and the Gua Sha part was especially blissful. My scalp, skin, and hair all felt completely revived afterwards and I was completely relaxed — the perfect end to a busy day. I’ll definitely be back (though I’m tempted to keep her as my little secret!). Highly recommend, thank you Megan ✨🌿🧖🏻‍♀️

I had the 1 hour head in the clouds treatment and from the moment I got there to the end of the treatment, Maddie made me feel fully relaxed and calm. The entire experience was honestly incredible and 100% worth it! My hair now smells and feels amazing and is so soft and my face is glowing after the facial. I highly recommend this treatment with Maddie to anyone looking to relax and unwind. I will definitely be back again!!

Rachel is my go to for no nonsense honest appraisal of my skin as I am n my mid 60’s and starting to recognise the signs of ageing and dehydration. Rachel explains everything and also helps me plan my treatments going forward. Today was new lashes and major facial waxing and brow tinting in preparation for a wedding I’m going to . Rachael is very attentive, professional, and so intuitive. I had a wonderful facial and neck massage, I was so relaxed, I went to a very happy place and didn't want to come off the massage table. Im going back for a full massage next week! 😌🪷

Rachel is such a positive knowledgeable therapist who makes you feel so comfortable and well informed about all the products and treatments. I had an 80 mins facial and quite frankly felt I was transported into a relaxed cushion of treatments skilfully administered. Rachel spent time afterwards discussing the treatment and future possibilities - answering all my questions so courteously. I am booked in next week again for a couple of treatments - can’t wait - thank you Rachel !!
