Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Wonderful staff and very professional. I was given a glow facial and threading a lady called KHUSHI. She did an amazing job! Thank you for making me glow. I would definitely recommend them if your in Leicester definitely try them out they do a whole range of beauty A++++++

I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

I absolutely love my treatments with Naz .I’ve now had 2 x Morpheus 8 treatments and 2 Hydra-facials . I’m noticing fantastic results .. I also trusted Naz to decide on which products would be best suited to my skin needs ,after only a few weeks of using I can already feel the difference in the texture of my skin and a reduction in fine lines and pigmentation ,so thanks Naz for introducing me to your Zo products . This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.

Greta is very precise at creating beautiful lashes and knows what she’s doing. Probably one of the best eye lash and semi permanent brows make up artist in Leicester she’s not the cheapest but really makes you feel and look special Would I recommend Greta to friends and family…. Already have

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! She came to my house and spray tanned me and three of my friends, which made everything so easy and fun. She listened to exactly what each of us wanted and tailored every tan to suit us individually. We’re all so happy with the final colour – it looks so natural, even, and gives the perfect glow. The whole experience was professional, friendly, and relaxing. We honestly couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to show off our tans at the races tomorrow! Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be booking again.
