One of the best facials I have had. Indira is brilliant at what she does. Felt very relaxed, refreshed and rejuvinated at the end of it. Indira is professional and her techniques are amazing. I also had a pedicure service which was good. Will definitely visit again.

I had the best micro needling facial and b12 injection by Emma - I feel so relaxed, energised and pampered. Emma is the most professional and gentle paramedic. Never disappointed after my 4th appointment at black ivy. Recommend 100 times over.

Indira was amazing. It was my very first full body wax, including bikini and intimate problem areas. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The facial afterwards was also one of the best I've had. Steam, massage, glowing after. 😊 I shall come back!

Sophie is super professional and fills you with confidence that she knows what she is talking about. Gorgeous facial and left with glowing fresh skin.

First facial with micro needling. Did not hurt at all (I was expecting it to hurt of course) and could instantly see the difference. My skin looked so much more plump. My skin was looking dull and tired and this facial really helped fix that. Ashleigh is amazing at what she does xx

My first visit, after I posted in local community group for recommendations. Sophie was very welcoming, friendly, actively listened, I actually felt heard and was able to adapt the treatment I had initially booked in for. For the first time during the treatment and so far post treatment my skin is not feeling irritated or sensitive and I feel the products are quite light on the skin. So far I am impressed and will definitely be returning. Thank you Sophie 🥰
