I have the facial when I visit Becca at No 19, and can honestly say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. The room is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, the ambience is so relaxing and Becca is amazing at her craft! The attention to detail is amazing; from the cleansing and toning, to the foot massage where Becca could identify I need to work on breathing techniques through her reflexology knowledge, to the massage of my ear, neck, shoulder and jaw … this facial is a holistic experience leaving me so relaxed I always nod off! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sanctuary of peace and care in Harrogate.

I booked this facial really last minute as was in need of some TLC - the caption described the service as a ‘cocoon of warmth’ which is exactly what it was. Becky was so kind and attentive from start to finish and this was one of the best and most relaxing facials I have ever had - I will definitely be booking another soon!

From the foot soak at the start to the fresh fruit at the end, this was a total experience not just a massage/facial. Alaine takes the time to understand you, your wants and needs and then translate that into a treatment using the most wonderful products. I shall definitely be making this a regular part of my new self care regime

The 90min facial is such a treat and is always amazing! Rebecca is lovely and friendly, always there to advise on regiments and recommend products. Struggle not to fall asleep but always feel relaxed when i leave. Would highly recommend.

Just had the BEST facial with Becca and I am obsessed! She is so good at what she does — super knowledgeable but also just makes you feel totally comfortable the whole time. I was so relaxed I could’ve taken a nap right there. My skin feels amazing and I left literally glowing. Becca has the magic touch and I can’t wait to go back. What a wonderful treat to have a facial with Alaine. Having suffered with skin problems for years I felt completely at ease in her knowledge of products & techniques. Every element of the facial was thought out, including relaxing foot soak, and drinks & snacks after! The Bothy is such a unique calm and comforting space, with the closest attention to the most beautiful details. There is no rushing, complete stillness and the most incredible facial with the most thoughtful finishing touches. Everyone should try The Bothy!

My friend and I had such a lovely morning here! We did the two souls experience - I had the facial (which I always get because they're so good!) and my friend had the reflexology which she said was great. It was such a relaxing experience. The space is beautiful, the extra touches like the foot bath, gowns, slippers, drinks and snacks were such and nice touch. We took a book and read while the other had their tretment, and it was so nice to just be able to switch of and relax. Alaine, as always, was so welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend in you want a few hours of 'me time'!

Booking a facial was the best decision, the most relaxing professional treatment I have ever had so good the next one is booked. Highly recommended if you are looking for amazing results, thank you ☺️

I booked a treatment in with Becky as an end of year treat and it was absolutely fantastic. I left feeling so relaxed and rested but at the same time massively benefiting from the treatments I had. The facial was incredible and my skin felt and looked brighter/hydrated. The products Becky uses are fantastic and she is so knowledgeable so you completely trust everything she is doing. The massage was amazing, completely got rid of any tension. I will 100% be booking in for the same treatments again! Becky is a lovely person and her studio is so warm and welcoming - thank you!

I really enjoyed my reflexology treatment at Om. I’d never had it before so didn’t know what to expect, but I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The treatment room is absolutely stunning, with beautiful little touches, relaxing music and calming aromas. Alaine was very professional and welcoming - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services. I’m already looking forward to booking back in for a facial!

What an absolutely incredible service and treatment from the moment I stepped into the building, I knew I was in for something special. Not only is the space created magically.. but for the first time in a very long time I felt at complete calmness.. the facial was wonderful, the best facial i’ve ever had! I’m not usually one for lying down and relaxing, but I had a lovely facial with Becca today. As soon as you walk through the door you can just breathe out and relax. Becca was warm and professional, the products smelled amazing, and my skin looks and feels great. I’d definitely recommend a treatment with her!
