Absolutely incredible facial with Louise Pynen! Louise was incredibly professional and informative, explaining every step of the process and answering all my questions. She clearly has a deep understanding of skincare and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. What truly sets Louise apart is her holistic approach. She took the time to understand my concerns and preferences, and was incredibly flexible in creating a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments. As she is so incredible I decided to spent the morning of my birthday with her being thoroughly pampered with a facial and my favourite, an Indian head massage. Her work is just phenomenal and I leave every time with glowing skin and feeling so relaxed. Thank you Louise! See you again very soon.

Louisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and taylored an incredible 2 hour treatment, just for me. She talks you through what she's doing and what it might feel like. She is caring and makes a point of not rushing you at all. Easily one of the best facials and massages I've ever had! I would highly recommend and will be a returning very soon!

Felt so relaxed and comfortable with Victoria I had the back neck and shoulder massage with express facial, absolutely brilliant. Treatment room also had lovely sensory experience as well, nicely scented while not being overpowering to those with sensitive noses! Lovely warm room (and massage bed!!) and relaxing music! Highly recommend Will be returning soon!
