Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments. As she is so incredible I decided to spent the morning of my birthday with her being thoroughly pampered with a facial and my favourite, an Indian head massage. Louise was so welcoming from the second I arrived. We had a consultation about my issue before she proceeded with the massage, she also provided advice on what to do next. 12 hours on and the pain has subsided so much. Louisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and taylored an incredible 2 hour treatment, just for me. She talks you through what she's doing and what it might feel like. She is caring and makes a point of not rushing you at all. Easily one of the best facials and massages I've ever had! I would highly recommend and will be a returning very soon!
