My first microdermabrasion facial, and certainly won't be my last. Skin feels amazing and looks so fresh! Vicky was very professional throughout, explained everything in detail, so I knew what to expect. Also gave the most amazing massage, I could have fallen asleep 😅 definitely recommend!!!!

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Walked out the salon with tears of happiness and was just wowed. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Diane x

I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. I’ve always felt comfortable and see results with the treatments I have. This was the first time I had the million dollar facial and I saw the freshness to my skin instantly! Another fabulous and relaxing facial with Su. Excellent experience!

I had amazing day at the salon. I purchased a 3-treatment deal on Wowcher and was treated to a full pampering. I had my hair done, a shiatsu massage and facial. The lovely Diane even gave me a complimentary make-up makeover which was really above and beyond. I was offered a beverage and cake and was made to feel so welcome. This salon really knows how to make people feel “looked after” and good about themselves. Thank you to Diane and her apprentice (Monika) who made my day relaxing and special. Highly recommend! I’m heading back soon with my daughter for another pamper experience. :)

I had an amazing spa experience with Victoria. Never quite had a facial like it. I was made to feel very welcome and very relaxed. The treatment took over an hour and many people have commented how good my skin looks. Can without question recommend The Beauty Box. The ambiance is total relaxation and tranquility, relaxing music and subdued lighting. Simply cannot wait until my next pamper. Thank you I feel rejuvenated and fabulous. Amazing facial with Kelly, her friendly manner makes you comfortable and she is really easy to talk too. She took her time with my facial and i felt fabulous after. Lovely experience!

Always the best experience when I visit and can say su and the girls are always lovely when I come. Had a Joico hair mask treatment today and it’s left my hair feeling amazing, perfect for someone who has dry curly hair it’s now left my hair silky smooth and to say it lasts for a couple of months is ever better!
