Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

My lash lift is going strong at 4+ weeks and the facial experience is deeply cleansing and luxurious. Love Kinselle's work and she's constantly upskilling and learning ways to elevate her services :)

Jenn was amazing, I got a mani and a facial and I feel so refreshed! She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! Her facials are also always catered to what your skin needs!! 10/10 service and quality

Amazing, amazing and amazing like always! I had a facial and a hair treatment done today and both came out flawlessly. My skin feels super hydrated but also the blackheads I had were significantly reduced and my hair is super soft. Thank you to Shahana and Rouba for an amazing services yet again!

Monica did my Brazilian wax for the very first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous because I knew it could be painful, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!

Returning to Reach Medspa was a no-brainer after my last experience. I even got some compliments to my nails so I came back and I played with chrome this time. But also I decided to explore their facials. I opted with the SuperNova Infusion Facial and the experience was amazing – my skin feels lifted and has this new glow.The staff, as always, made everything easy to understand and provide me with the most comfort. Can't wait for my next visit!

I went to get my hair cut yesterday and my hairdresser was Taj. I hadn’t had my hair cut in a while and it was quite dry. She really listened to what I requested and we did a hydrating hair treatment. She gave me a beautiful haircut and blew out my hair with lovely waves, she did such a phenomenal job and it was really a pleasure getting my hair done there. I will definitely go back!

Kinselle provided a very relaxing and peaceful experience. As a pregnant woman, my skin has been going through a lot of changes. Every treatment was safe and I even learned some things through pleasant conversation. She did extractions as per my request, a light and pillowy mask that smelled like a dream, and a massage that I said felt like little bunnies pouncing in a field. My skin was absolutely giving me the pregnancy glow I deserved when I left. 10/10 would recommend!!! 😌

Hairworks is my new favorite salon. Roula is a very talented hairstylist. I got balayage done with a hair cut and I absolutely love it! Got a relaxing facial from Shahana afterwards. She understood my skin concerns and breakout issues thoroughly. She provided me with the best facial for my acne-prone skin. The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. Pushpa is doing a great job at customer service. The highly recommend visiting this salon.

Totally recommended! My first time here. Very friendly and caring staff. Receptionist Pushpa was so sweet and kind to squeeze me in with senior stylist as I told her of my emergency to get hair dye corrected for the party tonight and want someone senior. Had aesthetic with Shabana she did an awesome facial with extra care for my sensitive skin. Senior stylist Taj did my hair colour with highlights which came out as I wanted. She was totally booked but due to my party tonight she made sure I’m satisfied and ready with trimmed, blow dried beautiful bob styled.

I really enjoyed my treatment today. We started with a beautiful manicure and then an amazing facial. My skin feels like butter and is glowing. Jenn gave me the treatment customized to my concern. I love that she is so knowledgeable and she explains the importance of each product she applies to my skin. Thank you Jenn I can’t wait to see you again soon.

Miss Lai is the best! She’s so nice and bubbly! She does the facial, laser and whitening procedures so well, I see the result right away. Talking to her is like therapy. She is a good person —- She makes me feel beautiful inside and out. She is also very smart because explains the procedures and science behind it. Highly recommend this Mississauga location.
