I am visiting Cairns for 2 weeks and was a walk in client wanting my lashes filled as I didn’t get to have them done before leaving Brisbane. I was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Michelle and made a booking to have my lashes done with her on the following day. I was very impressed with everything about this salon. I laid in the most beautiful treatment room on the most comfortable beauty bed whilst having my lashes done, and was EXTREMELY happy with how my lashes looked upon completion of my appointment. Thank you Michelle. I absolutely love them! You did a wonderful job 💝

Her facials are a feast for all the senses — touch, scent, sound, and deep relaxation. She combines facials, massage, sound healing, meditation, and a truly holistic approach. Supporting this beautiful local business is an absolute joy. You leave feeling completely pampered, restored, and relaxed. Emily is simply divine.

I had my hair coloured by Amiee today at Bask Salon and it was such a beautiful experience. The salon itself is stunning, and not only did Amiee do an amazing job with my colour, but the whole atmosphere made me feel completely pampered. She treats you with so much care—eye mask, gorgeous hair massage, and the most relaxing, luxurious vibe. It honestly felt like a little slice of heaven✨️ I left feeling refreshed, beautiful, and so well looked after. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Amiee!❤️

Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I booked the 1-hour Focusing Massage with the Indian Head Massage & Hair Treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

I am absolutely thrilled to find DJ. After a botched haircut 2 weeks ago l got to the stage that l could not put up with my hair 1 more day. After reading 4 hours of reviews l crossed my fingers and decided to make an appointment with DJ at Suede. It was 1am in the morning when l went to make an appointment. I couldn't believe it when he had an appointment for 4pm that day. It was meant to be. DJ is certainly a professional and knows his stuff. I have now found my new hairdresser in Cairns. I would highly recommend DJ 👌

An absolute slice of heaven! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. The facial was the perfect mix of deep cleansing and pure relaxation, the facial massage was so soothing I almost fell asleep. My skin is glowing, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Natural Palm is hands down the best massage place in Cairns. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and everything feels very clean, calm, and professional from the moment you walk in. Palm was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. I felt completely taken care of throughout the whole session. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Natural Palm to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience. 100% recommend!

This is a really fantastic salon - relaxing, pampering, expert, friendly and kind. The best way I can describe it is ethical luxe. If you are, like me, new to town and are not sure where to go for that little treat or indulgence and want to be treated like a princess don’t look any further. Faux fur blankets, warm bed to hop into after the ‘nasty’ treatment for the remainder, delicious elixirs and dainty little edible treats presented in a glass cloche post-treatment were some of the highlights. Donna is a font of information about the best cafes in Edge Hill and the must-do’s in Cairns.

Absolutely loved my experience at Suede Hair in Cairns! I got a fresh cut and they did an amazing job refreshing my blonde hair after it had gone a little yellow from the sun & swimming during my holiday. The colour looks bright and healthy again. On top of that, I got to hold the most adorable, well-behaved dog while they cut my hair — honestly the best bonus ever 🐶💛 Everything was perfect from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.
