I had the most relaxing & recharging massage & Body scrub session with Palm today. Have been neglecting myself the last couple of weeks it was so nice to treat myself & my body with 'me time'. Natural Palm Day Spa Bali & Thai inspired decor really stood out. Palm has such great attention to detail in her space for her clients that you felt really well taken care of during the session. 100% recommend next time you're in Cairns. My full body massage with Akiko at Healing Heart Massage. 💖 The whole experience was excellent — Akiko asked me at the start what areas i needed and she used the right pressure, and really tailored the massage to what my body needed. The massage room is clean, relaxing, and professional, which helped me feel comfortable from start to finish. The tension across my shoulders and hips felt much lighter and it released the tightness in my neck, back and legs. When i got up off the table I felt relaxed and no shoulder or hip pain.
