My first appointment with Julie, from The Brow Cosmetic Tattoo, was everything I could have hoped for, and more. Julie is a consummate professional and a very talented artist. She was warm, welcoming, attentive, and reassuring. After careful consultation, she created eyebrows that suit me perfectly. As a first-time visitor, I can confidently say I will return. My booking was random, yet the booking system was easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, and I left feeling relieved and relaxed after removing the knots I knew I had, as well as the ones I didn't know I had. I highly recommend this place!

My experience was great. Julie was amazing. She explained everything to me step by step and made me feel very comfortable. I had combination brows done for the first time and I am so happy with the result. Would recommend Julie to anyone. 😀😀

The facial massage was excellent, the environment was clean, and the owner, Maggie, was friendly.

Julie is just the most lovely, patient and calm person who is just amazing at what she does. She listens carefully to what you want and she takes so much care along the way. 2 visits in one week - lovely hair cut with Renee who did a fabulous job, and then a classic signature facial with Sally - my skin hasn't felt so hydrated and nourished for decades - I feel great! All the staff were welcoming, professional and obviously well-experienced - I really needed help and they came through for me. Now my regular salon - would recommend without hesitation.

Very relaxing. A great combo of treatments, facial and head spa. Since an overseas holiday my scalp has been itchy and irritated and I hoped a head spa may help. Ample parking, easy to find. A comfortable space. A lot closer to home than the city spas too!! Great value.

Really happy with my treatments that I received today with Cynthia. However there does seem to be an error in the system as it is apparently showing that I have used all 5 facials and 3 IPL. Not sure how that is possible when I pre purchased 5 of each in a package.

My experience with Julie has been remarkable.. Julie really listens to your requirementsin the consultantation, her expertise in brows, wooow... Love my brows... I also had my very first facial.... OMG Julie was fabulous, relaxing, great products, eyelash tint/curl great... When you think you have No lashes, then after they are luscious and really long... What... Magician...!! I certainly would recommend Julie... 😃
