My experience was ok. It could have been better if the room was freezing cold. Also the girl massaging my scalp matted my hair so badly that I had to carefully comb it out when I got home. This was also quite painful at the time but I was too embarrassed to say anything, I know I should have told her. My eyes were stinging a bit from product during the facial, so perhaps more care could be taken around the eye area.

I experienced a wonderful hydro-microderm abrasion facial with a friendly, attentive beautician. Her touch was angelic and I felt this service was money well spent. The shop is much quieter than the large shopping centres too, which i appreciated. I will definitely be back.

2 visits in one week - lovely hair cut with Renee who did a fabulous job, and then a classic signature facial with Sally - my skin hasn't felt so hydrated and nourished for decades - I feel great! All the staff were welcoming, professional and obviously well-experienced - I really needed help and they came through for me. Now my regular salon - would recommend without hesitation.

Really happy with my treatments that I received today with Cynthia. However there does seem to be an error in the system as it is apparently showing that I have used all 5 facials and 3 IPL. Not sure how that is possible when I pre purchased 5 of each in a package.
