Not only do I always leave Kensington with a great hair cut, blow dry or colour, what makes me come back time and time again, are the lovely ladies. Sabah, the salon owner, cannot do enough for you and will always try and accommodate anything and everything you ask for. She truly knows the meaning of customer service and how to give you a great cut. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my hair.

I recently visited Kensington Hair & Beauty in Doha for a full pampering session—hair, nails, and a facialand I can confidently say they exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a professional yet friendly team that made me feel completely at ease. My hair treatment was flawless. The stylist took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered a result that was both stylish and suited to my features. Innes was really good and gave me a high quality hair cut. The treatment used on my hair made it feel silky soft. I think it would be good for staff to be a little friendlier and a little more welcoming when you first arrive. Nice staff though. I will return to this salon. Innes did a fantastic job of my hair.

The service was very good, the treatment of the ladies are friendly but the room needs to be more relaxing and comfortable for the client. There is no hook to keep your clothes, there is a big mirror but it is on the floor, so you can't see yourself in it when dressing. The room is opened on the top so you can hear everything the people saying outside at the nail station and there is no relaxing music. Plus when you turn on your back, you face vents and AC tubes, its cold. Plus I would like better quality of oil used on the body, QAR300 is not a cheap price, the products should show that.

Lovely experience with hot oil hair treatment. I was also provided with wonderful head neck and shoulder massage… bliss

The hairdresser Ines is a star ❤️ She always matches my hair color and her personality is just beautiful. Highly recommend this salon to everyone, especially to the ladies with blonde hair, she is the best hairdresser in Doha.

Hairdresser Innes is amazing. My hair is soft and beautifully highlighted. Nice salon and good value for money. I come here now instead of Desert Princess because it is better value for money. I had a foot in a cast and the staff were really helpful and nice, offered me water and a stool to rest my foot. Thankyou! I will be back soon 💗
