I had such an amazing experience at Sparkle Nail Salon in West Loop! I came in for a gel manicure and spa pedicure, and everything was perfect — clean tools, relaxing environment, and super professional technicians. They even offer eyebrow waxing, which was a great surprise! I have known Mischelle for 20 plus years and she is the best in the industry. I travel a lot and always make sure I see her before I leave knowing that my manicure and pedicure will last for a very long time (often a month and that's only bc the nails have grown but the polish is intact). I also go to her for a massage as she is very strong and often adjusts whatever needs to be adjusted. I feel lucky to know here as she does everything with all her heart and soul. My family adores her too because she is a very special person who cares not just about taking care of you but you as a person!
