From the moment I first met Claire last year, she was amazing and understood straight away what I wanted, as I don’t often wear makeup. Claire came to our wedding venue in Sittingbourne on the day and really out me at ease. The make up on the day was perfect and as it was a hot day, it didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I have received treatments from Claire at home for a number of years. Claire is fun to talk to and makes time for people. Being professional and caring. Her treatment room is bijou and comfortable. I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure and never felt rushed. The results are lovely.

Lucy is incredibly professional and extremely precise. Amazed at how much care to attention Lucy gave during my experience. The cabin is a little haven of pure relaxation. Lucy made me feel relaxed and I felt that I was her top priority during my appointment. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout. Great before/ after care advice. I have very sensitive skin and often will be sore for a few days. After coming to Lauren she knew so much about everything. She used so many products on me to protect my skin before and after. Absolutely incredible. Never been to someone so knowledgeable in all my years going to different beauticians. Amazing experience. Amazing service, amazing. I was very nervous going to a new salon after some bad experiences. After visiting Lauren, I am not. She is incredible. She went through everything with me from start to finish with amazing aftercare. I now go to her for all my treatments and I would never go anywhere else. As something as small as a brow wax she mapped my brows, showed me what they would look like and asked if there was anything I wanted differently before waxing. Perfect from start to finish. She is truly incredible and so talented at her job. 1000/10. Thank you Lauren!
