From the moment I first met Claire last year, she was amazing and understood straight away what I wanted, as I don’t often wear makeup. Claire came to our wedding venue in Sittingbourne on the day and really out me at ease. The make up on the day was perfect and as it was a hot day, it didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. Another great appointment with Natalie! Had electrolysis again today and can say hand on heart my hairs are no longer course they are fine and a lot less - best electrolysis I ever had and the location of this salon is picture perfect.

I have received treatments from Claire at home for a number of years. Claire is fun to talk to and makes time for people. Being professional and caring. Her treatment room is bijou and comfortable. I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure and never felt rushed. The results are lovely.

I have very sensitive skin and often will be sore for a few days. After coming to Lauren she knew so much about everything. She used so many products on me to protect my skin before and after. Absolutely incredible. Never been to someone so knowledgeable in all my years going to different beauticians. Amazing experience. Amazing service, amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, YY lashes and my waxing done and it was amazing! I actually fell asleep 😂 Lauren was so knowledgeable and kind and has such a nice presence not to mention she is very reasonably priced! Honestly felt so relaxed and love my results!

I was very nervous going to a new salon after some bad experiences. After visiting Lauren, I am not. She is incredible. She went through everything with me from start to finish with amazing aftercare. I now go to her for all my treatments and I would never go anywhere else. As something as small as a brow wax she mapped my brows, showed me what they would look like and asked if there was anything I wanted differently before waxing. Perfect from start to finish. She is truly incredible and so talented at her job. 1000/10. Thank you Lauren!
