I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. Second time I have had reiki with Michelle but this time I also had the crystals as well. It was amazing I could feel the energy of the crystals I can put feeling energized and completely happy I'm finding myself humming and singing something I have not done in a long time. This was an incredibly supportive experience, Eva took the time to make sure I felt incredibly safe. The reiki helped enormously after a long period of stress, my nervous system was feeling incredibly unregulated and I was holding onto a lot of negative emotion. To be able to let go of that and let in the love and healing energy was an incredible blessing. I hightly recommend it!

I had a deeply relaxing Indian head massage with Ellie as part of her case study. She skilfully balanced gentle massage, breath work, and invigorating movements. As I’m in my third trimester, she adapted the treatment with care and explained each adjustment, such as lighter pressure on shoulders and ears and avoiding the mouth area. I appreciated her knowledge and professionalism. Ellie made me feel completely at ease, and her technique was confident and nurturing.

Ellie has such a calming and reassuring manner about her that I instantly felt relaxed. We chatted through issues that I was dealing with and what I wanted to get out of the treatment which was mainly to de-stress and feel relaxed. Ellie definitely achieved that with a wonderful Indian head massage that relaxed me so much I could have fallen asleep! The whole session felt peaceful and unrushed. I would definitely go back.

I had a check up with Rachel and she reassured me that my foot problem is healing well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but here!

Ellie was warm and open, she immediately put me at ease and explained what the treatment was all about. I’ve had other massage treatments before, but not Indian Head massage, and not with Ellie. It was very relaxing and there was a lot more work on my arms, shoulders and back which I was not expecting and also on my face. The treatment was very nurturing and I felt calm and happy afterwards, I took this with me into the following few days at home with the kids. It was a very positive experience and I will be back! Had my first ever Reiki session with Michelle and it was fab! She explained everything so well in advance of the treatment and made me feel at ease the whole time. A truly relaxing experience and eye opening to things that can be impacting the day to day functioning of the body. I was bought a back massage for a present. I managed to get a booking at late booking totally my fault .Gemmy Gorgeous was very accommodating and I had a wonderful relaxing massage the next day .relived alot of back pain and stress .I felt amazing afterwards and will defantly book again next month and have an hour massage.
