My first time having a chemical peel. Katie is amazing, very kind and sweet but also professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. The whole experience was lovely, included was a little head message, an ice ball face massage which was really soothing and some free samples at the end. With absolutely no pressure to rebook or buy anything despite me asking for some recommendations. I will definitely be back, I’m excited to see the results after a course of treatments. I had a problem after my previous appointment, but this was dealt with efficiently and promptly by Sarah, manager at Prettygate. I was very impressed with her attitude and by her colleague who rectified the problem.

Great pedicure with callous peel, so friendly and relaxing. Also had a neck, back and shoulders massage best ive ever had! Cant recommend enough!!
