Absolutely brilliant. I was worried about my natural grey root but Louise sorted it for me. I also wanted to go a colour that Louise said would be more damage for my hair than good so it was nice Louise was honest with me in what we can do and what we can't do and what my hair is only capable of. I was very happy with the end result. Louise always makes you feel super welcome and is super easy to talk to. Her hair prices are also super fantastic but I need to stop saying this or she'll change them if I keep banging on. 😄

I’m so impressed. I’ve had honest advice from day one on how to improve my loose skin and jowls since having a substantial amount of weight loss over the past year.
