Been going to Wax Pot London for just about 3 years. My hair removal journey has been fab, I got my last armpit wax January and it took 3 months for a decent amount of hair to grow back. I used to shave my stomach (led to a snail trail) I’ve only had 2 laser treatments and I have no more corse hair. Siobhan is amazing and sets a lovely n relaxing environment. Highly recommend

Eva is the best in brows! She explains all procedures clearly and never does anything without your specific consent. That is rare in the jungle of beauticians. She is experienced, thoroughly trained and licensed, and a lovely human!

The only place I will go in London for waxes. Siobhan is the loveliest and most diligent, always making sure she gets every last hair. No mean feat as my hair is super hair and almost invisible!

Had my first session of laser hair removal today :) I had a really great experience, the therapist was super professional and talked me through everything. There was no pain at all which was amazing. Can’t wait for my next session!! Lauren :)

Great experience once again, as usual a warm welcome from the team. This time I had my first session of laser hair removal, Federica is very attentive on explaining the process and procedures before and after treatment. Did not feel any pain. Looking forward to see the results and book in my second session. Definitely recommend!

Sonia has been doing some treatment on me for about a year now in quite a delicate area it’s not her normal procedures at Flawless but she took it upon herself to help me out with my situation as I’ve mentioned in the past that my GP was on able to help with. And she came up with a solution of different treatments that we could try, unfortunately the laser treatment didn’t work as well as it could’ve done but it certainly made a little improvement. Anyway we tried a different technique yesterday and it was my last session with her and I’m very grateful . Thanks Sonia. X
