Been going to Wax Pot London for just about 3 years. My hair removal journey has been fab, I got my last armpit wax January and it took 3 months for a decent amount of hair to grow back. I used to shave my stomach (led to a snail trail) I’ve only had 2 laser treatments and I have no more corse hair. Siobhan is amazing and sets a lovely n relaxing environment. Highly recommend

I had my first laser session today to remove my tattoo, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. The technician who did the procedure was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. Excellent as always! Bianca always provides the best customer service and makes you feel comfortable, calm and relaxed. The room is clean and peaceful, and the service she provides is always immaculate. I always fall asleep in her chair, which is testament to how delicate her hands are! Will be here again in 2 weeks for more services :)

My experience was great, i had Seerat and she made me feel comfortable and the wax was not as painful as i thought. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to do hollywood wax and is scared about the process. Was quick and comfortable.

My visit today included carbon laser peel (face) and Brow top up. As always excellent results. Laser treatment was painless, comfortable and exactly as explained. No surprise moments. Brows was my I believe 4th or 5th so can't really say anything but always return. Thank you Eva

Marina is absolutely passionate and 100% around customers satisfaction, not been to a salon before that goes above and beyond, henna brows were perfectionally done, I've not had 1 brow for 2 years the hair had fallen out, the shape marina did was perfect for my face, and I was so happy seeing both brows equal now, I never leave reviews but honestly I was so impressed with professionalism and dedication from marina. My second treatment session went very well. It was less uncomfortable, and I’ve already started to notice visible improvement in my skin. My complexion appears clearer, and there is significantly less hair growth. I no longer need to tweeze on a weekly basis.
