I can’t recommend UGlow Beauty enough! Nurcan is so personable, knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and comfortable, especially the Laser hair removal, which I thought would be intimidating but wasn’t at all. What really changed things for me was their customised skin program. I had rosacea, flaky skin, and felt like I’d lost my confidence, but Nurcan completely transformed my skin. Shaini is a great artist when it comes to brows, she knows her stuff and I’m never disappointed with her. I tried the laser for my chin & upper lip and the girl who did that kept informing me of each and every step and took good care. Would highly recommend.

Jayne provided amazing customer service. She asked me about my hair and if I had concerns or sensitive scalp etc. and discussed what shampoo and treatment would be best for my very sensitive scalp, and explained why. And my hair and scalp felt exceptional after. She chatted throughout the appointment, and was so friendly and that type of customer service is what keeps clients coming back for more. For me personally, I don’t like to spend a lot of money on my hair. But I I’ll be coming back purely to have my hair done by Jayne for pampering now and then. :)!

Second time I have been here to have my brows threaded and tinted. The salon is clean, and chairs super comfortable. The staff are so nice, and I have been very pleased with the work they did. Would go again, and try more of their packages.
