I can’t recommend UGlow Beauty enough! Nurcan is so personable, knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and comfortable, especially the Laser hair removal, which I thought would be intimidating but wasn’t at all. Nurjan is AMAZING!!! She is such a 'down to earth' person who automatically makes you feel 'at home' and comfortable enough to allow her to do her thing and not stress about anything. I was extremely nervous at first (as I've never done any kind of facial/laser treatment before) but quickly came to trust Nurjan as she took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained everything skin & skin care. Shaini is a great artist when it comes to brows, she knows her stuff and I’m never disappointed with her. I tried the laser for my chin & upper lip and the girl who did that kept informing me of each and every step and took good care. Would highly recommend.

Second time I have been here to have my brows threaded and tinted. The salon is clean, and chairs super comfortable. The staff are so nice, and I have been very pleased with the work they did. Would go again, and try more of their packages.

Jayne provided amazing customer service. She asked me about my hair and if I had concerns or sensitive scalp etc. and discussed what shampoo and treatment would be best for my very sensitive scalp, and explained why. And my hair and scalp felt exceptional after. She chatted throughout the appointment, and was so friendly and that type of customer service is what keeps clients coming back for more. For me personally, I don’t like to spend a lot of money on my hair. But I I’ll be coming back purely to have my hair done by Jayne for pampering now and then. :)!

Had another laser appointment for laser hair removal and it does wonders! Nurcan does a fantastic job every time and is always very kind and lovely to talk to. Totally recommend it!

Charlotte was my attendant today for laser treatment on my legs, underarms, and upper lip, as well as my first-ever skin microneedling session. She made the entire experience pain-free and truly enjoyable. Charlotte is clearly knowledgeable and confident in what she does—her expertise and passion for her work really show. I was running late to my initial appointment time but calling through, they were able to move things around which I was ever so grateful for. I got a full leg wax for my first time and Alicia was so lovely to chat with the entire time I was there. There was no shaming or making me feel bad for how long I had left my hair grow. Overall this appointment and Alicia has made me happy about coming back for more than just a leg wax in future. The place it self is lovely and easy to get to and their prices are really good! I will be recommending this place to my friends.
