My experience was fantastic. I have a few trouble spots on my back from my work and from pushing a wheelchair. My back felt better all over after the massage. The whole experience was so calming and relaxing it was wonderful. Kirsty was really excellent.

My treatment and whole experience with Erin was great ... nothing was too much trouble and I love my newly pedicured feet all set for a holiday. I did find the chair unsuitable and uncomfortable for that length of time though and unfortunately and came away with a backache.

The treatment was excellent and the therapist had very good customer service skills. The only slightly negative experience was that the reception area was busy and I had to stand and wait as there are only two chairs. It did not feel very welcoming.

Treatments were extremely good. Only thing I would change is about the afternoon tea. The food was very good but they brought the coffee before the food which was lukewarm warm when the food arrived.

I had a hot stone massage with Danielle. She was fantastic. She explained everything, kept checking in to ensure I was ok and left me feeling so much more relaxed and tension free. The spa itself is beautiful too. Highly recommend.
