I went in for a cryotherapy test, and was talked through the experience by Kirsty step by step who made sure I was comfortable and offered a drink and had a friendly chat with me beforehand. Brilliant.

Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.

Mads is honestly unreal!! She did an amazing job at tinting and lifting my lashes a few weeks ago and now has just done the most amazing glass skin facial!! Mads is so knowledgable, a true professional with exceptional skills for chatting too🤣 100% recommend, even if it’s just for the therapy session✨

I recently had a Deep cleanse facial to introduce myself to facials as part of my new monthly maintenance and look after my skin. I have had lumpy and textured skin for a long as I can remember but now it’s smooth and soft! Couldn’t believe this was my result after just one facial, can’t wait for my next treatment x I also had my first Lash lift and Tint done by Alicia I was incredibly nervous because I don’t like having instruments near my eyes but she soon calmed me down and I’m so in love with my results that I don’t feel the need to wear makeup - definitely having it again!
