Absolutely amazing,Liv is so informed&helpful. I had, initially an eyelash tint & lift which was great . I wanted to come back & have a facial that would really help my current skin concerns . Olivia was great at advising me what would be most effective for my current skin concerns .So I came back for a dermaplaine & a Pil facial which was brilliant. My skin felt so clean, plumped, moisturisezed & firm after; I literally had glass skin for days after. If you want to feel completely comfortable, safe & informed about every step as well as truly excellent aftercare advice, this is perfect.

Today was my first time experience with Holly and she was so lovely! She did my lashes (Hybrid Infill) and brows ( wax and tint) so perfectly!!! It was my first visit to this beauty salon and my first impression was how welcoming everybody was. The salon is tastefully decorated with warm calming colours and an atmosphere to match. I am an "elderly Nanny" and didn't know what to expect with my "classic full set of eyelashes" Bria the Manager could not have given me any more of her personal attention for each eyelash taking such care and consideration of my sensitive eyes.. I had a great apointment today with Ruby in her stunning salon. Such a beautiful & clean setting where I felt very relaxed. Ruby is attentive & friendly - really listening to what I wanted to achieve with my cut. I’m already planning my next appointment to have colour for the first time - Something I had previously felt anxious about. We spoke about what I’d like from my colour and Ruby helpfully explained some gentle ways to achieve this. Looking forward to returning. Thank you!
